Dispatch conditions
Delivery takes place within Austria and to all other EU countries. Please note that shipping to Greenland is not permitted. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Channel Islands, Büsingen, Helgoland are also supplied. Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. Switzerland, Serbia and Norway are supplied tax-free; by using the EORI number, no VAT is shown on shipping costs and goods. Please note, however, that customs duties will be incurred and must be paid by the buyer.
Deliveries within Austria: We charge a shipping fee of €8.90. We always stay up to date to get the best provider for shipping and keep the costs as low as possible. From an order value of €175.00 we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries to Germany: We charge a shipping fee of €8.90. We always keep up to date to get the best provider for shipping and to keep the costs as low as possible. From an order value of €200.00 we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries to other EU countries: Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket after you have entered your country and postcode. We always stay up to date to get the best provider for shipping and keep the costs as low as possible.
Deliveries to Switzerland, Serbia and Norway: Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket after you have entered your country and postcode. We always stay up to date to get the best shipping provider and keep the costs as low as possible.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom: The minimum order value for deliveries to the United Kingdom is €180 excluding VAT. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket after you have entered your country and postcode. We are always keeping up to date to get the best shipping provider and keep costs as low as possible.
Attention: Import VAT, import duty and administration fees must be paid by the customer. These costs are in addition to the purchase price. The money will be charged directly to you by UK customs. We cannot predict how high these costs will be.</p
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered to Austria within 1 – 2 working days, to Germany and Switzerland within 2 – 5 working days, to the other EU countries and to Norway and Serbia within 3 – 7 working days, to the United Kingdom within 5 – 9 working days after order confirmation.
